Her work with NeuroFLO, a transformative practice developed alongside Rose Monk, is designed to release, restore, and create space for rebooting your mind & body. A passionate Brain Therapist and Coach, Rose Monk is on a mission to heal hearts and rewire minds for lasting improvement and change.

Based in Colorado but making an impact worldwide, Rose specializes in guiding people through emotional turbulence that can arise after traumatic events. With a mission-ready approach rooted in emotional resilience and neuroscience, she helps veterans navigate the battlefield of PTSD/Anxiety/Grief/Burnout, turning the weight of service into a path of power, clarity, and renewal—guiding you from struggle to solid ground.

Absolutely! Many attendees join solo. The NeuroFLO retreat is a welcoming environment, perfect for personal reflection and making connections with other like-minded women.

Meals are designed to be fresh, balanced, and nourishing to support our wellness goals. If you have specific dietary needs, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I bring a friend

Absolutely! A few private rooms are still available, and you’re welcome to bring a friend along to share the experience. There’s an additional $375 fee to share a private room. Simply select “Add Private Room, Add Friend” during checkout. If you decide to add a friend after booking, just let us know, and we’ll help arrange it—space permitting!
