Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Many attendees join solo. The NeuroFLO retreat is a welcoming environment, perfect for personal reflection and making connections with other like-minded women.
What kind of food is provided?
Meals are designed to be fresh, balanced, and nourishing to support our wellness goals. If you have specific dietary needs, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I bring a friend
Absolutely! A few private rooms are still available, and you’re welcome to bring a friend along to share the experience. There’s an additional $375 fee to share a private room. Simply select “Add Private Room, Add Friend” during checkout. If you decide to add a friend after booking, just let us know, and we’ll help arrange it—space permitting!
